The artistic career of photographer Jürgen Schadeberg covers more than half a century of documentary photography. The film “Schadeberg black – white” examines this master photographer’s body of work and bridges the gap between the history of apartheid and the opposition to the institutional racism of the fifties and sixties and the uneasy present day in the prosperous country on the Cape of Good Hope.
