AFRICAN LADY

This film is the story of two black teenage sisters in a traditional African polygamous family, sharing a father and having different mothers. A in-depth view of distant everyday lives; two young women share their opinions about child-bearing, love and polygamy. Bibi is 17 years old and already has a baby. Her 15-year-old sister Riki fervently dreams of going to Paris to become a private detective, but only if she can take her family´s traditional hearth with her.
